Amazing management! They are so kind and really work with you. The grounds of the park are always maintained and look nice. The pool, park and gym that are included are alway kept up and a nice perk of living here. I’ve lived in many rentals and swartz creek meadows beats out the rest! Great place to live!

Over the past year Gordon and Tony have gone above and beyond to try improve the park! They Have spent the past few months upgrading the basketball courts and tennis courts with new asphalt . They have Power wash the exteriors of all the homes in the community Along with cutting down all Overgrown trees and have brought in dozens of new Homes While removing and tearing down the old ones. Great place to raise a family And is pet friendly. The atmosphere is like a campground And with all the Trees and bonfires you will see what I mean. Fay always have some type of party going on during the holidays whether it santa handing out gifts Or free hot dogs during the summer. Overall this is a great community to raise a family And we are very happy with all the new management have done!

In the summer of 2020 I purchased a brand new modular home in this community. From start to finish everything has been such a positive experience. I love my home and the community! The management and maintenance are wonderful and go above and beyond for me! Everyday there is new upgrades to the community! New roads, a brand new fence around the garbage area, and the community now has a boom truck so they can trim trees and clean them up! I love it here!
